Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union legislation, customers have the right to request the return of a product within 14 days of its receipt.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Show no signs of use;
• Contain original tags and packaging;
• Be in suitable condition for resale;
• Be returned within the established timeframe.

Ineligible Products

For reasons of hygiene and consumer protection, intimate apparel, bikinis, or swimsuits that have been used, washed, or are without tags may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate the process, please contact us via support email, providing:

• Order number;
• Full name;
• Reason for return;
• Product photographs, when applicable.

Refunds

Upon receipt and analysis of the returned product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The processing time may vary depending on the financial institution used by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or one that is different from what was ordered, please contact us within a maximum of 7 days after delivery.

Our team will analyze the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
